Insurgent Mob Burns American Body ... While Still Alive
While US liberals and various editorials agonize over whether US soldiers burned Taliban corpses, bear in mind that (if it happened) at least they waited until the guys were dead.

September 20th, a mob killed four American contractors driving north of Baghdad ... burned one of them alive ... and got their kids to partcipate ...

From the WashingtonPost october 23, 2005, mid article: "...Two contractors who were not killed in the initial firing were dragged from their vehicle, and one was shot in the back of the head, the newspaper said. The crowd "doused the other with petrol and set him alight. Barefoot children, yelping in delight, piled straw on to the screaming man's body to stoke the flames," according to the report.

The crowd then "dragged their corpses through the street, chanting anti-U.S. slogans," the newspaper reported...

At least the WashingtonPost reported it. The only other reference I can find, besides blogs, is the Trucker.

This is the face of the enemy we're up against ... people who will not only kill American civilians, but show their children how to burn a man alive.... (and, of course, what are our kids learning? Jenny has two mommies ... self esteem ... and multi-cultural diversity)

Anyway, remember the list of things US liberals don't care about?

Let's add one more: US liberals, abetted by silence of most of the mainstream media, do not care about American civilians, at least as long as Republicans are in power.

UPDATE: Occam pointed out on RedState.org, and below in comments that the AP came out with an article that contracted the more lurid details of the contractors deaths. I've also noted in the original Washington Post article that they confirmed it with an anonymous source. Swell.

Will keep eye out for retraction ... and thanks to Occam.
